Rhett Power

Rhett Power (The Accountability Coach) is a best-selling author and contributor at Forbes. He is co-founder at Accountability Inc. and is one of the world’s leading authorities on accountability and its impact on business results. He and the team have helped some of the largest, most relevant brands on the planet, including The World Bank, United Airlines, FIFA, Virgin America, McDonald's, Vodafone, Allstate, Zebra Technologies, to achieve more and create an accountable culture that thrives. Rhett got his start in business co-founding Wild Creations in 2007 and quickly built the startup toy company into the 2010 Fastest Growing Business in South Carolina. Wild Creations was awarded a Blue-Ribbon Top 75 US Company by the US Chamber of Commerce and one of Inc. Magazine's 500 Fastest-Growing US Companies. He and his team won over 40 national awards for their innovative toys. He was a finalist for Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2011 and was nominated again in 2012. In 2018, was named the Best Business Coach in the United States. In 2019, he joined the prestigious Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches and was recently named the #1 Thought Leader on Entrepreneurship by Thinkers360. He is a Fellow at The Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. He is a regular contributor to Inc. Magazine, Forbes, and Thrive Global. Suzy Burke

Suzy Burke, PhD, is the co-founder and CEO of Accountability Inc. A seasoned executive, she has an exceptional track record in a diverse array of businesses from a Fortune 20 technology company to a highly successful beverage start-up. She has helped business leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, and non-profit leaders in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and South America achieve exponential growth by implementing a system of accountability and engagement that enables them to address both game-changing opportunities and systemic challenges. In addition to thriving in large systems, Suzy founded and led a fashion jewelry company that grew from $0 to a $7.8M valuation in 18 months and was able to secure cover placements in national magazines as well as 30 looks on the runway at NYC’s Fashion Week at Lincoln Center. Suzy holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University where she was a National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) scholar. She has also studied at Penn State, the Disney Institute, the Center for Creative Leadership, and JUSE, the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers, and taught at Yale University’s School of Management and Columbia University. In addition, she is a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s prestigious 100 Coaches. Suzy has focused her next chapter on galvanizing leaders to achieve breakthrough results by harnessing the power of accountability.
